*If I were starting from square one again, knowing what I know now, I would have swapped out the Heil microphone for the Audio-Technica ATR2100-USB Cardioid Dynamic USB/XLR Microphone.
**The Yamaha mixer is super complex and just way too much for me personally, I never really learned how to use it, so I sold it and now use the Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 (2nd Gen) USB Audio Interface with Pro Tools – it’s the little red box you’ve undoubtedly seen before and I love it, so simple, so easy.
